Human Chimera
It's quite astonishing, but Taylor Muhl is her own twin. She was born with a rare condition called chimerism, which means she has two sets of DNA. From birth, Muhl's physical appearance has been characterized by starkly different colors on the left and right sides of her torso, forming an almost-perfect line that extends down the middle of her body, both in the front and back.
Interestingly, it has been discovered that Muhl was conceived alongside a fraternal twin sister, with whom she later fused while in the womb. Muhl, who is not only a singer-songwriter, but also a model, dancer, and advocate for raising awareness, has expressed a sense of relief upon receiving her diagnosis. "Finally, I understand the reason behind the appearance of my stomach," she remarks.
