13. Alpha single
All it took was a young woman named Pocket Ninja456 noticing texts on her boyfriend's phone to catch him cheating. "When his phone rang, I looked at it and noticed it was a young girl. A typical chat would be something along the lines of, "Hey, how was your day?" I asked him who she was when he returned. I wasn't even presuming he was cheating when I inquired. However, he exited the room and deleted the texts. He was still irritated and started arguing with me. So I stood up and walked away."
"This battling had gone on for a few weeks, and all I wanted was for things to return to normal. After then, he finally admitted it. All I asked for was an apology if we were to stay together. 'Please just apologize,' I begged on our last phone call. You don't even have to mean it; all I want is for us to get back together!' (Keep in mind that I was not in a good emotional or self-esteem position at the time.) 'I'm an alpha guy, and dominant males do what they want,' he responded, implying that divine intervention had hit him. And I was so taken aback by how low I'd sunk in self-esteem that the first thing I said was, "Well, you're alpha single now." I'm sorry I looked at his phone. But I don't regret it because it helped me get out of a bad relationship."
