Slimy Sea Plant

Being aware of the vast and diverse underwater realm, it's no wonder that a slight touch against our leg while swimming can trigger a reflexive jump. The fear immediately sets in, imagining it could be a jellyfish, an eel, or even a shark in the most unfortunate circumstances.

However, there are instances when the cause of our alarm turns out to be harmless algae-covered seaweed. Although it poses no threat, the eerie appearance of this algae is enough to evoke an immediate desire to vacate the water without delay.
