Benjamin Franklin

Even though he was one of the Founding Fathers of the United States, Benjamin Franklin was more multi-faceted than others of his time. Born in the early 1700s, Franklin managed to be a printer, publisher, author, inventor, and more.

He was celebrated for his wit and wisdom, and the important contributions he made to science. He helped draft the Declaration of Independence and made an invaluable contribution to politics both in America and abroad. His large head, light long hair, and kind face are known well, especially since his face is printed on the $100 bill.
