Garbage Balloons
While North Korea had been conducting hydrogen bomb tests for years, their series of tests in 2016 raised significant concerns among their southern neighbors. Consequently, South Korea responded by launching balloons across the DMZ into North Korea, carrying anti-testing propaganda.
