Dismissing the Case
The judge paused for a moment before announcing his verdict to the courtroom. He said, "I am dismissing this case. It is evident that Ms. Frankfurt fabricated the entire situation to extort money from this man rather than taking responsibility for her actions." It was apparent to all that she had invented the story solely for financial gain, disregarding the repercussions of her behavior.
"Furthermore, I am ordering evaluations of this woman, along with an investigation by Child Protective Services to assess her suitability as a mother. If my concerns are validated, this young boy may need to be removed from her care due to her neglect and potential risks," the magistrate declared. With the case dismissed, Jack embraced his lawyer warmly, grateful for the clearing of his name. Yet, he couldn't shake the feeling of sympathy for someone involved in the case.
