During her rigorous preparation for the Olympics, World Championships, and other high-stakes competitions, Nadia Comăneci trained for up to eight hours daily. Although she no longer competes professionally, Comăneci remains committed to maintaining her physical fitness.

In her current routine, she opts for shorter, high-intensity workouts lasting around half an hour. This allows her to strike a balance between her fitness regimen, managing her businesses, spending quality time with her family, and savoring the rewards of her hard work. At 61 years old in 2022, Comăneci is still in remarkable shape and shows no signs of slowing down.
