Parade in Taiwan
In this photo from a parade in Taiwan, we see a Taiwanese military unit similar to the US Navy SEALs. However, Taiwan takes things a step further when it comes to uniforms.
Not only are they dressed in all-black attire, but they've also chosen to paint their faces black to create a particular aesthetic. Is it just us, or does this look appear somewhat eerie? Regardless, these soldiers exude an intimidating presence, likely the intended effect.
