Stay Away From the Dryer
Clothes dryers are so ubiquitous in most homes that people don't realize how destructive they can be. Putting your clothes through intense heat frequently is the perfect way to shrink or wear them out faster.
This is particularly true for women's clothes, usually made of thinner, more delicate fabric than men's. So if you're a man living with a woman, never put her clothes through the dryer without asking her first!
