Stay on the Bath Mat
Bath mats are nice and convenient, as they allow you to stand while you dry off post-shower without staying in the shower. Just make sure you don't forget to wash yours every once in a while.
This seems like common sense, and it's sad he needed to live with a woman to figure it out! No one, regardless of gender, enjoys random water trails all over the apartment post-shower.
