What lives in the fridge and what lives on the counter is a big debate in any household. Where do the eggs go? What about the butter? Apples? Everyone has different preferences in this department.
While they may have learned this by living with a woman, we wouldn't say this is a woman-exclusive thing. It's a little worrying since ketchup bottles have instructions that are quite clear about refrigeration!
