Not Made for Running
When it comes to physical activity, many of us aren’t exactly running enthusiasts. In fact, when asked to rate our pain levels, we’re often surprised that “0” is even an option. What do you mean we should be feeling good? Most of us are used to living with at least a level 7 discomfort! If we were ever chased by something as intense as the Predator, we’d be toast after just a few minutes.
Instead of running, our bodies are better suited for lounging on memory foam mattresses and indulging in delicious burgers. Let’s face it: we’re not built for sprinting, and the thought of breaking a sweat can be overwhelming. So, let’s embrace our strengths—relaxing, snacking, and maybe a casual stroll instead of an all-out sprint. Who’s with us?
