Spot-on Analysis
Recent Marvel films did an excellent job reintroducing old heroes into the modern world. Characters known and loved primarily by diehard comic fans were brought to life on the big screen. They needed to make these characters appear less glamorous and more like everyday individuals to achieve this.
For instance, in the picture, do you see a group of crime-fighting superheroes or a gathering of suburban dads getting ready for a day of BBQ and sharing landscaping tips? Even Doctor Strange, who resembles a regular dad cosplaying as a superhero, endears Marvel even more to fans because they look so normal.
