Coming to America
While portraying Donna Freedman, Margot remained dedicated to honing her acting skills. She hired coaches and tirelessly worked on perfecting her American accent, knowing that her future lay in the United States. In 2011, she boldly moved to the U.S. and auditioned for various roles.
Her journey to America proved fruitful, as executives from a major studio quickly recognized her potential and offered her a role in a new show scheduled for the fall season. Within the same year, she experienced her significant breakthrough, securing another major role on a different television show.
