5. Prince Andrew and Fergie’s Sunninghill Park

Sunninghill Park was a country home in Berkshire, England, with a vast 665-acre estate. It belonged to Prince Andrew, Duke of York, and his wife Fergie and had been given to him by his mother. There were 12 bedrooms, a large reception room, horse stables, a swimming pool, and much more in the mansion. This residence is very close to his mother's Windsor Castle, which the Queen owns. In the 1980s and 1990s, Sunninghill Park was well-known. Because it resembled a ranch house, it was dubbed "Southyork" and "Dallas Palace." People mocked the house for being undersized and oddly American-looking in comparison to typical English noble mansions.

In 1996, things began to deteriorate. Andrew and Fergie divorced, but they continued to reside in the same house for the sake of their two girls. On the other hand, Prince Andrew moved into the Royal Lodge in Windsor in 2002, which had previously been his grandmother's house. Sunninghill Park was put on the market in 2006 when the daughters were older, and it sat empty for a long time.No one wanted to touch the property after the incident involving Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein. It was later purchased by Timur Kulibayev, a billionaire who has done little to repair or preserve the property. The home was finally demolished in 2016 and rebuilt with a new residence.
