Chloë Grace Moretz began her acting journey in 2004 with various guest appearances in television shows and films. Her breakthrough came in 2010 when she was cast as Hit-Girl in Kick-Ass.
Her portrayal of the morally complex superhero propelled her to stardom, and she continued to expand her career. Moretz's recent endeavors include lending her voice to Nimona in the critically acclaimed animated film of the same name and taking on the lead role in the Sci-Fi thriller The Peripheral.
