Tanked That Parking
Parking can indeed present challenges when the road is narrow, but the positioning of this tank cannot be justified on those grounds.
Not only is it occupying a significant portion of the sidewalk, but tanks are not typically meant to be parked in the middle of the street. However, whoever placed the boot on the tank may have overlooked that it could easily run over the boot, rendering it ineffective.
