Teamwork Is Key

Abby and Brittany are extraordinarily conjoined twins with a rare medical condition called dicephalic parapraxis. They share a single body but have separate heads and necks. Remarkably, each twin controls one side of their conjoined body.

Due to their unique anatomy, even simple physical activities such as walking, running, riding a bicycle, or swimming require well-coordinated teamwork. Nevertheless, the twins have always embraced new challenges and led active, normal lives, facing every endeavor together, hand in hand. Their strong bond and determination allow them to navigate life's obstacles as a united force.
