Summoning Them
At this point, we’re getting concerned that people aren’t learning the number one rule of the beach — please, please, please don’t try to take on the seagulls. That’s a lesson that this OP’s brother learned the hard way but we’re sure he remembered it from there on out.
We can imagine that the gulls did really descend with force when this person tried such an ill-fated experiment. We’re sure he didn’t have that food for long either.
