Going to the beach can be exciting. Plus, you might want an understanding of how far you are from locales that you can reach across the water. For example, if you’re in Florida on the southern shore, you aren’t really all that far away from Cuba, relatively speaking.
Then again, the key phrase here is “when you’re in Florida.” If you’re trying to reach Cuba from Chicago, you might have a much more difficult time.
