#19: Lightning Over the Rainbow
Summer storms often create some of the most incredible skies, but this moment feels almost cinematic. Someone glanced outside during a passing storm and spotted a vibrant double rainbow stretching over their neighborhood. The second arc is faint but clearly visible to the right of the first.
As they snapped the photo, a bolt of lightning tore across the sky and landed perfectly within the frame. The flash appears above the left side of the rainbow, turning a pretty moment into a jaw dropping one. Storms can be dangerous, so hopefully the photographer headed inside right after capturing this unbelievable scene.
