It would be challenging to decide what to see and do in this town because it is rich in history. It will help if you see the unfinished spires of the Sagrada Familia basilica, which have an unobstructed view of the area.
Another site built by the same man is known as the Parc Guell, covered in mosaics (tiled art). Other old areas include the Gothic Quarter, which houses shops and cafes in an ancient city section.
