Bai Chay Bridge Catastrophe
Ever since I saw this photograph, the tune "Bai Chay Bridge is falling" has been inescapable. This represents a monumental mishap. From what we can gather, this cargo vessel was navigating the open seas when it lost these containers to the depths below.
One can only hope the cargo wasn't exceedingly precious. There's a lingering thought that should there be a follow-up to Titanic, this image could very well serve as its muse.
