This photo exudes awkwardness from every pixel. It took us precisely two minutes and thirteen seconds to decipher the situation (yes, we timed it). If you haven't grasped it yet, the girl on the left is innocently wrapping her arm around the girl on the right.
But it's not quite it's simple. At first glance, it appears as though the man standing directly behind them is touching the girl's shoulder. The fact that he's slightly focused only adds to the discomfort—he appears to be awkwardly lingering, giving off an unintentionally creepy vibe.
