The Thrill of the Ride
There's a certain allure to witnessing someone execute daring stunts on a bicycle, a blend of admiration for skill and a touch of suspense about the outcome. It's only a few who might find pleasure in the misfortune of a stunt gone awry, wishing never to see the performer fail or, worse, get injured. Consider the case at hand.
From the looks of this photograph, it's evident that the cyclist's descent might not end gracefully. Our primary hopes are for his safety—surviving the stunt without serious harm. Secondly, we cross our fingers that he escaped without any fractures. Yet, given the precarious nature of his maneuver, the odds seemed stacked against him.
