25. Be Kind to Yourself

From time to time, it's going to happen. You've got your workday planned, you've got your timer set, you're ready like every other day, and then you're suddenly off track. Maybe your child ends up sick or doesn't want you to be working today. You might have a low conference call with a coworker and find yourself in a miserable mood.

Be good to yourself when these things arise. All, including you, are trying to get used to the new standard that is being constructed. Learn to go along with the breeze.
