23. Try Different Strategies

Most techniques will help you boost your motivation. If it is distractions, mental wellbeing, or something else, the key is to realize what makes you fail. For example, if you miss your colleagues and the office scene, you need to find a way in your workday to connect with them. To build a more office-type atmosphere, you also want to look at what you can do.

Following the workflow are other techniques to look at. For instance, if you are a night owl, you might be more efficient in the evening or after people have gone to bed. You will note that in two, you get four hours of work done. If it sounds like you that when you work from home, you can change your time, then work later.
