21. Self-Care
There are many ways of self-care that you can integrate into your day if you're working. The idea that you want to do what makes you feel good is the secret to self-care. When you start to feel better mentally and emotionally, you'll feel the same way physically, and this will give you a motivational boost.
After work, you could opt to shower in the morning or a relaxing bubble bath with candles. It is also necessary to get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night and eat correctly.
