17. Find a Friend

To help you achieve your objectives, you will find an accountability partner. It's a person you know you're comfortable sharing your priorities with. They offer to give you feedback as long as you do the same for them and keep you on track. Maybe they're in the same profession, or perhaps you can find one online. You may also ask to be supported by a family member or friend.

They can also help you learn to be responsible for yourself, allowing you to set deadlines for your work. Another advantage is that you usually do not have to pay for this service unless you both plan to meet for lunch and chat about your success.
