16. Go Outside
Suppose you feel like your head is in a cloud or can't create thoughts. You're having trouble keeping inspired, going out for some fresh air no matter what you do. Naturally, going outside will make you feel better because you get Vitamin D, and nature helps clear your mind.
During one of your breaks, go for a short stroll or take a more extended break to reflect on your mental health. Mental wellbeing is more critical, even though you can stick to your schedule. Take time to relax when you need a break.
