11. Pomodoro Technique

The Pomodoro technique is when you work for 25 minutes, and then you take a little break. When the timer is active, you work another 25 minutes. You repeat this process four times before taking a more extended break. When your long break ends, you will work and then return to the shorter interval.

You use the tomato timer to track progress. You can either buy one and put it on your desk, or you can go online and find a website that will help keep your time, including allowing you to set a time frame for your break time.
