13. Clean or Refresh the Grout
Sometimes just cleaning the mortar can make your bathroom look better. Besides, if your grout looks a bit coarse, you can revert to its original color. Either you buy a grout cleaning accessory for a power drill or you try to rub it by hand.
If you find your current paintbrush color boring, think about another tile color. Some people like to choose black or gold, depending on the theme and style of your bathroom. Always make sure to make a small sample area before you commit to making the entire room.
