Step 16: Furnish The Inside

Make your dog happy by putting extra blankets, a bed, and anything else you feel comfortable with. Of course, you probably won't add a table or decorations your dog could smash or get in, but you can think of a few toys. There's no need for a toy box or a specific location, though, because mischievous dogs will quickly throw the toy around. However, they can help keep your dog happy and entertaining.

You can also add a rug to your dog's floor. To add carpet, cut a piece of rug one inch smaller than the floor plate and fix it to the floor with wood glues for lasting results or duct tape for a replaceable rug.
