26. HOA is stupid
"My parents' HOA decided to hire a full-time maintenance person, and they would take the increased fee to pay him. When I came home to visit, I found the neighborhood disgusting. The reason is that the maintainer doesn't have much to do, and he takes a lot of stupid work to keep him busy.
