25. You can't leave a faucet in your driveway
"I started washing my truck in my driveway at 8:30 am. After receiving a call from a friend who urgently needed a ride from town, I went to pick him up. Then I returned home around midday and saw a written warning saying I left the faucet overnight next to the one taped to my garage door.
"We both finished washing our cars, and the property manager stopped by my house to convince me about the faucet, around 3 pm. I said, ok, saw the note you left me 'but she kept going. So I shot her through the driver's side window with the hose until she sped up screaming. The police arrived after about 20 minutes.
