April Fool’s For Asians
If you are Asian (or have an Asian acquaintance), you know that wearing shoes inside the house is nearly illegal. Indoor slippers are worn around the house, and shoes must be kept near the door. This will prevent dirt from adhering to the floorboard panels or the rug.
This man planned to trick his Asian friend on April Fool's Day. He invited me to visit him. His friend welcomed him inside by opening the door and removing his shoes. He came inside wearing these socks and waited for his companion to see that he had carried his sandals in with him. His friend nearly ripped him to shreds, just as he had predicted. He had to explain that the socks were made to resemble sandals.
