42.The Dark Ribbon Wreath
For witches, a black wreath with a silhouette of the witch in the center of the entrance is a dream come true. To make the wreath, cut 150 6-inch long strips of two-inch-wide black grosgrain ribbon, fold them in half, pin them to a 16-inch foam wreath, then layer them on top of each other to create a ruffle appearance.
With the help of black craft paper, cut out a witch's silhouette. Would you please use the double-sided help tape to secure it to the middle of the 16-inch circular bright piece of acrylic?
