Undoubtedly, this has to be one of the most creative costumes we've encountered thus far, and surpassing this costume will be a daunting challenge. This woman took an iconic song and transformed it into a Halloween costume. The only comparable creation we've seen so far is the wrecking ball costume, but this one is executed far more brilliantly, and perhaps more importantly, it's based on a superior song choice.
The popular song by the American duo The Weather Girls was released in the early 1980s and has remained a hit ever since, earning its status as one of the greatest hits of the 1980s and even the 2000s. This woman ingeniously translated the famous song's lyrics into a Halloween costume, and we're utterly impressed by her creativity (though now we can't seem to get the song out of our heads).
