Design Flaw
The irony in this photo is glaring. It's a bit puzzling that a gym would install an escalator at the entrance of their facility, as it seems to encourage people to be less active.
All the individuals in the photo are on their way to the gym to exercise, yet none use the staircase. While we can appreciate the convenience of escalators, this might not have been the most logical place to install one.
