Zlata Ohnevych

Zlata Ohnevych, a renowned Ukrainian singer, represented Ukraine in the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 held in Malmö. She delivered the song "Gravity," securing a commendable third place. Her participation in the contest extended to 2010 and 2011 as well. She also took on the role of hosting the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2013.

Presently, Zlata Ohnevych is engaged in an active political career. She contested in the Ukrainian parliamentary election on October 26, 2014, as a member of the Radical Party. The party secured 22 seats, including hers. Although she was an involved parliamentarian, she chose to step down in 2015, stating: "Now I see that in the absence of culture, it becomes simpler to govern and manipulate people. Given these circumstances, I am not contributing positively to this parliament as a cultural activist."
