A word of advice to everyone: there's no need to reveal what's under your pants during triage. Additionally, that cuff they're holding is not meant for your private parts; it's designed for your arm. Nevertheless, I'm certain that it wasn't the most distressing experience the nurse has ever encountered, although it may have been the most embarrassing moment for the Italian gentleman.
I can understand where he was coming from, though. Kidney stones are associated with the lower region and can be excruciatingly painful. Understandably, he might have been eager to complete the examination and receive the necessary assistance. Hopefully, someone clarified that healthcare professionals use clinical and scientific terminology when discussing anatomy, not terms like "peepee."
