Caterpillar Fungus
While any dish featuring the word "fungus" may sound unappetizing, caterpillar fungus is a common Himalayan delicacy celebrated for its reputed aphrodisiac properties. The caterpillar fungus parasitizes the larva of a ghost moth, subjecting it to a sinister transformation.
