Sheep's Head Soup

The obscure Mongolian delicacy known as Bodog offers a peculiar culinary adventure. It involves turning a marmot or goat inside out and then cooking it within its stomach, typically with the addition of hot stones. Some variations of this dish go further by reintroducing the liver and kidney inside the animal, enhancing both the meal's size and flavor.

Alternatively, others opt for a different approach, cooking the marmot or goat by placing hot stones directly inside its stomach, effectively preparing it from the inside out. While the taste may appeal to some adventurous palates, the preparation process itself is an unconventional and somewhat challenging culinary endeavor.
