Mystique, X-Men
This cosplay earned recognition and awards at the 2018 San Diego Comic-Con. What sets this costume apart is its remarkable creativity, seamlessly blending two interpretations of the same character. On one side, we see Mystique in her human guise, without her blue skin and in regular clothing. Conversely, we witness the blue-skinned mutant with striking red hair showcasing her shape-shifting abilities in all their glory.
Rebecca Romijin initially portrayed this shape-shifting antagonist in the X-Men films: X-Men, X2, and X-Men: The Last Stand. Subsequently, Jennifer Lawrence assumed the mantle of portraying this complex character.
