3. All-in-one Washing Machines

While this feature is not only available in Japan, their washing machines are usually all-in-one devices. For whatever reason, the United States is one of the only countries to have two separate washing machines for washing clothes. Owning a machine that saves a lot of space makes it a lot easier to put laundry in and discard it for a few hours until it's done. Although these modern machines are all-in-one, many Japanese still choose to dry their clothes on the balcony on sunny days because of their cost savings. Or, they'll use their bathroom drying feature that we mentioned earlier on the list. If they are still drying the bathroom, they can get both things done at the same time.
