10. Personal Package Delivery Box for each resident

We are used to going up to the main office in the building of our apartment to pick up our parcels, aren't we? And if you live in a private house, most packages will end up at your entrance, leaving it at the hands of theft. Now, Japan is on another whole new level. What they do is to give a large package delivery box for each homeowner. Each will need a pin code to open. Once a package is in, you will receive a notification through the intercom. Zero-contact needed and no need to worry that someone will steal it as soon as it's delivered. On the other hand, you can also drop off something to be delivered in this box, instead of having to drive to a post office or physical location.
