Automation has revolutionized many aspects of our lives, including tasks like mathematical calculations. From early calculators to today's Excel spreadsheets, technology has made these processes far more efficient.
Given the ease with which these equations can be solved using technology, it seems utterly unnecessary and disproportionate to criticize an employee to the point of quitting, especially when performing math calculations faster than by hand. This situation is even more baffling because the employee's calculations were entirely accurate.
