No Good Reason
Window washing can be a challenging job, particularly on hot days. There is no reason to make the task more difficult intentionally. When people are at work, they generally want to perform their duties efficiently and head home.
Needlessly redoing a task repeatedly, especially on a scorching day, turns what might be considered a "joke" into a cruel and unnecessary form of harassment.
