17. Create a Chalk Fireplace
There are many features of a home that you would love to have. While looking for your perfect home, you probably already have a list of the parts you need. For example, if you don't have a heater but want one, you can easily create your own with a little chalk, chalk, and canvas. Everything you need to do is paint color on your canvas and then get creative with the design. You may also get your decoration decorated. Even though it is not a real chimney, you may still have the illusion that it is. The best thing is you needn't think about any repairs.
