16. Make a wreath from Pool noodle
Christmas is coming; it's time to start thinking about decoration. You may already have lots of decorations, but there's always room for more. Besides buying new decorations, you want to fill your home with homemade items, and one way to do this is to make a wreath with pool vermicelli.
Pool noodles are relatively inexpensive, and you can find them in some stores during spring and summer. They make an excellent pattern for wreaths because all you need is the fabric you want and tape your pool together into a circle. You can even make wreaths for other holidays or any day of the year without worrying about your bank account too much.
